GUIDELINES

Although you will see a range on each service, pricing varies and is based on weight and breed of your dog.

Step 1: Select the desired service (instructions below)

Does your dog just need a bath? Book a Full Service Bath.

Does your dog need a little trim? Book a Mini Groom (this includes the bath with trimming of pawpads, sanitary and around the eyes).

Does your dog need a full haircut? Book a Full Groom. Choose a Doodle Groom if you have anything mixed with a poodle!

Is this your first time to the salon? Book a Consultation if you would like to meet your groomer before booking your first appointment.

Step 2: Choose the groomer of your preference or the first available. If you do not select a preferred groomer, you will be booked with the first available.

Step 3: Select your Pet
If it is a new Pet, please add the information (+) button on the App or (Add My Pets) on the website. Remember, proof of vaccinations is required.  If this is your first time using this new site, please use your phone number rather than an email for logging in. Use "Forgot Password" the first time to set up your new password.

Step 4: Choose date & time of your preference.
If a specific date/time needed is not showing as available, please feel free to contact us to check for a recent cancellation or waiting list.

Step 5: Deposit - To improve scheduling efficiency and accommodate our clients' needs, Chow Bella now requires a deposit for all grooming appointments. A $15 deposit will be charged to your card, which will be applied to your payment at the time of service. For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the service fee, depending on the service requested. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter

Important: 
Booking online does not always guarantee your appointment, but we will confirm your appointment once we receive it.   Please provide 24-hour notice of any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
